Graphing Candy
After a brief interruption with sickness (hmmm...is there a connection? hundreds of pieces of candy and sick children?), we finished up our Halloween math with Venn Diagrams, bar charts, and pie charts.
Now how to make all that candy unobtrusively disappear without disappearing into those tender little tummies?

I think you nailed the biggest problem when you have the children make graphs about the candy. It has been measured and assessed so precisely that it is hard to "launder" it into someone else's belly!
We just got back in town from a conference where we only had scanty internet (imagine the horror!), so we hadn't had the chance to read your new blog. We will now be avid readers and followers of your adventures.
