Post-war Recovery: Flowers
People more qualified than I study Bosnia's post-war recovery. But I have some of my own unscientific, highly-idiosyncratic observations about differences between now, in 2010, and 2002 when we lived here before.
I didn't see any flowers in 2002. Now there are flowers everywhere.

Do you have any before pictures. I think it would make a nice contrast.
It would make a fantastic contrast, but we have almost no photos from when we lived here before. Poor planning on our part.
