It's "Alan Ford" comics. Hugely popular in the 80's in former Jugoslavija. This man must be a fan himself and I'm sure he had more than a few fights with his wife over his "art".

Regular bookstore will not have it since they stopped publishing it. Try used book stores or even your male, "older" (40-ish) neighbors. Girls were never into it and I would say that 80 % of Bosnians have at least one old copy of Alan Ford in their possession. It like a family heirloom, you NEVER throw it out no matter how old you are, or what your wife says.
