8   movies watched in transit (plus 1 Ruth slept through)
7  hours late our two boys arrive in Sarajevo
6  new friends Ruth made stranded in the Frankfurt Airport
5  inches new snow in Sarajevo
4  hours (and thirty minutes) in line to rebook a cancelled flight
3  lost bags (everything anyone checked)
